Returns & refunds
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original condition
- No visible signs of wear, damage, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or alterations
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Bodysuits and items with built-in bodysuit construction
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- International orders
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Gal Vault does not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at Support@galvault.com within 7 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
What are the delivery times?
All Gal Vault orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination and typically arrive within 6–12 business days after shipment.
Please note that customs duties and import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared.
What are your sizing options?
Gal Vault pieces are available in XS–XL.
Each design is crafted in stretch fabrication to sculpt and contour the body while maintaining structure. Our silhouettes are engineered for a close, body-defining fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by location and tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Gal Vault pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
Gal Vault is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once in the possession of the shipping carrier. In the event of a lost or stolen package, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
Gal Vault is not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
