Processing Time
All Gal Vault orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination and typically arrive within 6–12 business days after shipment.
Please note that customs duties and import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared.
How do I know my order was confirmed?
Shortly after checkout you will receive a confirmation email with all details regarding your order such as items purchased, shipping address provided, and an order number.
What does it mean if my item is on Pre-Order?
If your item is on pre-order it will be shipped when it is back in stock. In certain situations, preorder dates are subject to change 2-3 weeks. You will be notified via email if your pre-order date is changed. You will be charged for this item at checkout and it will ship out once we have available stock. If orders contain items for pre-order and items ready to ship, please note that your items will be shipped together and we are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order. If you would like to make changes to your pre-order before the estimated ship date, please contact our customer service team at Support@Galvault.com
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
